Monument Valley boys advance to semis

At crunch time in the second half, the Lady Bears turned in a solid performance to post a 56-49 victory over the Lady Cardinals in an interstate battle at Window Rock High School’s Veterans’ Memorial Fieldhouse in Fort Defiance.

Window Rock turned in its most productive games during this young season as the Scouts posted an 86-69 victory over the Valley Sanders Pirates en route to earning the tournament championship at the Fighting Scouts Events Center in Fort Defiance last Saturday.
